Who operates YT Video Downloader

YTVideoDownloader, available at ytvideodownloader.cc, is an independently operated online product run by an individual, not a Google or YouTube service. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the individual operating this product; “you” means the person requesting or purchasing its services. The service is offered under the YTVideoDownloader product name. Our service, billing, and copyright contact is support@ytvideodownloader.cc. These YT Video Downloader terms describe the service offered and apply to requests and orders to the extent accepted and enforceable under applicable law.

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to purchase credits or operate an account. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. We do not intentionally offer accounts or purchases to children under 18. Nothing here removes protections that applicable law gives a consumer, including mandatory remedies for services not supplied as agreed. The privacy policy separately explains personal information; accepting service terms is not blanket consent to unrelated data use.

Your content responsibilities under the YT Video Downloader terms

You select and submit the source URL. You represent that you own the content or have the authorization or other legal entitlement necessary for the copying, processing, downloading, and subsequent use you request. Being able to view a video, possessing its link, or paying us does not by itself establish that entitlement. You remain responsible for checking the rights and source-platform conditions applicable to your intended use. We do not grant ownership, a copyright license, redistribution rights, or permission from a creator or source platform.

You retain any rights you already hold in submitted material. You authorize us and the infrastructure providers involved to access, process, transmit, and temporarily store the material only as needed to fulfill your request, operate the service, or meet applicable obligations. This operational permission is not a transfer of ownership. You are responsible for your later publication, editing, sharing, or commercial exploitation of downloaded material. We do not endorse a source, certify its accuracy, or verify that its creator has cleared every underlying right.

Prohibited use and protective action

Do not request unauthorized copying, bypass access controls or digital rights protections, submit stolen credentials, impersonate another person, exploit security flaws, overload the service, resell access without permission, or conduct automated bulk scraping. Do not use the service to process unlawful material or infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. We may reject requests, rate-limit activity, disable affected delivery links, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal demands.

Where practical, an affected user may contact support to seek a review. A restriction does not automatically forfeit a legitimate credit balance or remove remedies for an undelivered purchase. We may preserve relevant records where needed to investigate a dispute or protect legal rights. Users must not evade a restriction through replacement accounts. The absence of an immediate intervention does not mean we approve a particular source or waive the right to respond later.

What the processing service delivers

YT Video Downloader prepares supported YouTube videos as MP4 files and makes successful results available through temporary download links. It is not a permanent storage, backup, editing, or rights-clearance service. Current supported limits are 10 minutes per video and 20 MB per output file, with one active file at a time. The trial shares five submitted requests per UTC day across the website; failed trial attempts can count. Paid credits do not increase file limits. Pricing explains the available offers and purchase status.

A paid processing job reserves one credit while active. That credit is consumed when an MP4 has been successfully prepared and made available through a functioning download link. Failed paid processing releases its reserved credit. Prepared links normally expire approximately 15 minutes after the file becomes available. You are responsible for saving and checking the file within that window. Merely recording a successful status does not defeat a substantiated report that no usable file was actually made available. Contact support promptly with the job reference if delivery appears defective.

Orders, account access, and credit packages

Paid checkout is not currently open. The prepared one-time packages are $4.90 USD for 10 credits and $9.90 USD for 25 credits. When sales open, the package description and final checkout total govern that order, including applicable taxes. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are service units associated with the signed-in account, not money, a transferable currency, or a license to source material. We will not retroactively reduce credits already purchased by changing a displayed package price.

Keep your Google account secure and use the same account to purchase and access credits. Waffo handles payment processing; we credit an order after verified payment confirmation, not solely from a browser return screen. Contact support if payment and balance disagree before attempting another payment. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, but these terms do not automatically assign you responsibility for unauthorized transactions or a security failure caused by us. Statutory payment-dispute rights remain available.

Refunds and resolving a delivery issue

Our voluntary refund policy covers duplicate charges and purchases we cannot deliver. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or refunds merely because successfully delivered processing is no longer needed. Failed processing does not consume a credit. Missing an otherwise functioning temporary link after its stated availability window normally does not make that completed preparation refundable. This does not excuse an unusable or inaccessible delivery caused by our service, nor does it override mandatory cancellation, conformity, or refund rights.

Email support@ytvideodownloader.cc from the account email, with the order reference, approximate payment time, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete card numbers. We will review relevant records, correct an incorrectly allocated credit or duplicate debit where appropriate, and arrange an applicable monetary refund through the original payment route. Provider processing times can vary. Contacting support helps resolve errors but is not a mandatory waiver of a lawful chargeback, complaint, or other remedy. A dispute should describe the actual transaction accurately.

Third-party dependencies and warranty limits

Source availability, compatible output, network routing, browser behavior, and third-party platforms can change independently of us. We do not promise that every URL will work, that a particular resolution will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We may maintain or modify the service, but a material change does not erase obligations for an accepted, undelivered order. If we discontinue paid services without providing purchased processing, we will address affected balances under the delivery and refund rules above.

To the extent lawfully permitted, the service is supplied on an “as available” basis, and implied warranties are excluded where they may validly be excluded. No statement here removes an express promise made for an order or a mandatory duty to exercise reasonable care and skill. Keep your own saved copies and do not rely on temporary delivery as your only archive. Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, Waffo, and other referenced names belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Limits on liability and business-user claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss resulting from your unauthorized use of source content. For liabilities that may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a user who has paid nothing, that limit is US$10. This cap does not reduce a refund already owed under these terms.

These exclusions and caps do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you use the service for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law you must reimburse reasonable third-party claim costs directly caused by your proven unlawful content submission or material breach of these terms. This excludes claims caused by our own conduct. We must notify you, allow reasonable participation in the defense, and not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent. This business-user provision does not apply to consumers.

Copyright complaints, disputes, and updates

Rights holders or authorized representatives may send a copyright complaint to support@ytvideodownloader.cc. Identify the protected work, the specific service URL or job reference involved, your authority to complain, and a reliable contact method. Include a good-faith explanation of the alleged unauthorized use and the accuracy of your information. We may request clarification, disable an affected temporary result, and restrict repeat infringing use where justified.

Contact support first if convenient so we can investigate an operational or billing dispute. Disputes remain subject to applicable mandatory law and lawful jurisdiction rules, including any non-excludable right a consumer has to bring a claim in their local courts. Updates to the YT Video Downloader terms will be dated here and apply prospectively; changes to material purchase conditions will be shown before checkout when required. An invalid provision will be limited or separated to the extent permitted without invalidating the remainder. Existing purchase entitlements and accrued claims are not erased by an update.
